In human fetal foreskin fibroblasts (HFFF) infected with Merlin, cell surface levels of CD155, CD112 and MHC-I were progressively downregulated over the course of infection (Fig. 1), with the change in CD112 being more pronounced at 48 h post-infection (p.i.)(Fig. 1b).
