NPPB and coronary artery disorder: In terms of territory of ischemia on SPECT, elevated BNP level (≥23.0 pg/mL) predicted significant coronary artery disease on LAD with a sensitivity of 73.7%, a specificity of 57.1%, and positive/negative predictive value of 75.7%/54.5% in patients with perfusion defect on LAD territory.
