ASGR2 (asialoglycoprotein receptor 2), TGFB1 (transforming growth factor, beta 1) IDH3B (isocitrate dehydrogenase 3 NAD+ beta) and EPB41L3 (erythrocyte membrane protein band 4.1-like 3) were down regulated in RA compared to normal bone marrow, and were further down-regulated in advanced MDS (Fig. 3). The gene discussed is IDH3B; the disease is myelodysplastic syndrome with single lineage dysplasia.
