We found significantly higher serum apoA-I levels in MS (1.392 ± 0.047 g/L) and other autoimmune demyelinating diseases (GBS, CIS) than healthy subjects (1.179 ± 0.047 g/L), RA (1.035 ± 0.061 g/L) and SLE patients(1.179 ± 0.047 g/L). This evidence concerns the gene APOA1 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
