EMILIN2 and neoplasm: The most interesting finding in the breast cancer cohort was that the methylation of EMILIN2 was associated with relapse (P = 0.031), presence of lymph node metastases (P = 0.047), with ER and PR positive tumours (P = 0.0009; 0.0082 respectively) and poor relapse free survival (P = 0.041) (Figure 8).
