Five genes were significantly more methylated in B-ALL compared to T-ALL (BARHL2, CYP1B1, FAT1, PTGS2, TSHZ3), whilst four genes showed more methylation in T compared to B-ALL (BMP2, MYO10, NR4A2, TCF2). The gene discussed is NR4A2; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
