Moreover, we provide the first evidence that increased expression of phosphorylated GSK-3β (s9) (GSK-3β inactivation) is negatively correlated with PMS2 expression in cervical carcinoma and that GSK-3β is able to stabilize PMS2 production in HeLa cells, implicating a novel target to explore in the carcinogenesis and chemotherapy enhancement of human cervical carcinoma. Here, PMS2 is linked to cervical carcinoma.
