In an univariate type of analysis (Figure 1), several IgG sub-classes to those three antigens were found potentially associated with a reduced risk of clinical malaria during the follow-up period: anti-Glurp-R0, anti-SERP and anti-MSP3b IgG1, and IgG3 responses were higher among children free of malaria.
