TNF and rheumatoid arthritis: It is distinguished from other TNFα inhibitors by its ability to fix, complement, and lyse target cells.[59] Infliximab is indicated in psoriasis vulgaris, psoriatic arthropathy, pustular psoriasis, sarcoidosis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.[60, 61] It has also been reported to be useful in hidradenitis suppurativa, subcorneal pustular dermatosis, pyoderma gangrenosum, toxic epidermal necrolysis, Behçet's syndrome, and SAPHO syndrome.
