We investigated the expression of CyclinD1, PCNA, c-myc, Ki67, p21, p27, p57, p16 and correlated the expression level of these factors with clinicopathological factors, such as lymph node status, tumor size, stage of the disease and disease free survival, as in many female breast cancer studies these four clinico-pathological parameters have proven to be of high prognostic value [16,18]. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and neoplasm.
