FOXP3 and neoplasm: Another study showed that high FoxP3 mRNA expression in tumor samples from patients with invasive ovarian cancer had poorer overall survival (27.8 vs. 77.3 months, p = 0.0034) and progression-free survival (18 vs. 57.5 months; p = 0.0041) when compared with patients with lower FoxP3 mRNA expression.
