Among the CRC genes established by Sjöbolm et al [23], the most commonly deleted in our samples were EPHB6, EXOC4 (SEC8L1), GNAS, MLL3, and TBX22. The most commonly amplified genes were HAPLN1(CRTL1), ADAM29, SMAD2, and SMAD4 (Table 3). The gene discussed is ADAM29; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
