PRPF31 and ovarian carcinoma: As two other PRPF31 haplotypes were associated with ovarian cancer risk at p<0.10 (00111101 OR 2.81, 95% CI 0.85–9.22, p = 0.09; 10101101 OR 2.86, 95% CI 0.94–8.71, p = 0.06), other variants in the gene may also contribute to the observed global haplotype association.
