According to our study, ORAOV1 specifically knocked down by RNAi obviously suppressed the expression of Cyclin D1, which suggests that Cyclin D1 may be a downstream effector of ORAOV1, and ORAOV1 probably takes a part in the regulation of cell growth in cervical cancer cells, in some degree, through its effect on Cyclin D1. Here, LTO1 is linked to cervical carcinoma.
