ENO2 and Alzheimer disease: There was a statistically significant difference in serum S100B levels between AD and control group (0.08 ± 0.06 vs. 0.21 ± 0.36, μg/L, respectively; p = 0.008), while the serum NSE levels were similar in both groups (9.28 ± 3.86 vs. 9.54 ± 5.28, μg/L, respectively; p = 0.832).
