In addition, dasatinib was shown to have activity against a variety of cancer cells including prostate cancer [52], lung cancers [53,54], head and neck squamous cell carcinoma [54], and human cancers associated with gain-of-function KIT mutations [41] etc. Here we report that dasatinib inhibits B lymphoma growth very potently with the IC50 in the nanomolar range (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene KIT and prostate cancer.
