In this study, we examined whether CXCR1, CXCR2, and TLR pathway polymorphisms are associated with ASB, urinary chemokines, and neutrophils in a cross-sectional study of adult women ages 18–49 years with and without a history of recurrent cystitis or pyelonephritis. The gene discussed is CXCR2; the disease is chronic cystitis.
