Ang II infusion significantly reduced renal conductance and RBF to 3.3 ± 1.4 ml/min/mmHg and 278.8 ± 86.0 ml/min (both P < 0.0001), respectively, which then returned to levels similar to those in the pre-sepsis period (3.4 ± 0.8 ml/min/mmHg and 292.3 ± 60.5 ml/min, respectively, both P > 0.05; Figure 2).
