DNAJC5 and malaria: The most successful malaria vaccine to date is RTS,S, a recombinant hybrid molecule expressed in yeast, in which the partial sequence of circumsporozoite protein (CSP), central tandem repeat, and carboxyl-terminal regions are fused to the N terminal of the S antigen of hepatitis B virus (HBs Ag) in a particle that also includes the un-fused S antigen.
