In this study, we have analyzed the molecular impact of RTS,S/AS02A and RTS,S/AS01B on MOIs and csp T-cell epitopes at baseline (191 isolates for MOI and 146 for csp) and during break-through infections (85 isolates for MOI and 87 for csp) from a phase IIb trial in Kenyan semi-immune adults conducted in 2005 by Polhemus and colleagues [17]. The gene discussed is DNAJC5; the disease is infection.
