Immunohistochemistry using antibodies targeted against Cldn2 (claudin 2), Fetub (fetuin beta), Fst (follistatin), Orm1 (orosomucoid 1), S100a14 (S100 calcium binding protein A14), Mcc (mutated in colorectal cancers), RasGRF1 (guanine nucleotide-releasing factor 1), Reck (reversion-inducing-cysteine-rich protein with kazal) and Cdh5 (cadherine 5) confirmed the array data (Figure 10, 11 and 12). This evidence concerns the gene RECK and colorectal cancer.
