Importantly, the triple combination of pSP-D-CD40L + CpG + poly(I:C) was significantly better at slowing tumor growth when compared to the double combination of CpG + poly(I:C) without pSP-D-CD40L (substituting pcDNA3.1 instead, Fig. 3C, p<0.05 from day 24 by Student's t test).
