MYC and neoplasm: 5A and 5B, compared to NS (normal saline) treatment group, ApoG2 treatment provoked a significant reduction in c-Myc expression level in CNE-2 xenografts. Antitumor activities of ApoG2 (120 mg/kg i.p. injection once every three days) against CNE-2-bearing nude mice was measured by weighing the weight of CNE-2 xenografts (Fig. 5C). As shown in fig. 5D, compared to control treatment, ApoG2 could significantly inhibit tumor weight in CNE-2 xenografts (p < 0.001).
