We found that the expression levels of seven integrin ligands (COL4A6, COL13A1, FGB, COL19A1, COL18A1, COL14A1, and COL11A2) were negatively correlated with the Gleason score, suggesting that the suppression of integrins and/or their ligands is associated with more advanced tumor grade. The gene discussed is COL13A1; the disease is neoplasm.
