Among the informative cases, loss of GATA4 was found in 81/82 (99%) of serous carcinomas, 1/12 (8.3%) of mucinous carcinomas, 11/12 (92%) of clear cell carcinomas, and 5/5 (100%) of endometroid carcinomas. The gene discussed is GATA4; the disease is mucinous adenocarcinoma.
