LMO2 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: To provide additional evidence that the genes insertionally mutated in murine Lmo2 tumors are causally associated with human T-ALL, we examined the raw data from three large human T-ALL microarray data sets (total of 118 cases) [27],[28],[29] and asked whether any of the murine genes are deregulated in human T-ALL with high LMO2 expression.
