The combined expression of wild-type MLL and MLL-SEPT2 was also significantly lower (12.4 fold; p = 0.028) in the MLL-SEPT2 myeloid neoplasias when compared with the normal controls, as well as with the CBFB-MYH11 and RUNX1-RUNX1T1 leukemia subgroups (13.4 and 10.5 fold, respectively). The gene discussed is RUNX1T1; the disease is leukemia.
