By 28 hrs post-drug delivery, there was a reduction in the amount of Mcl-1, Cyclin D1, and c-Myc protein levels in Pten+/−Eμ-Myc lymphomas relative to vehicle-treated controls (Fig. 3A, compare lanes 2–6 to 1) whereas the levels of β-actin or Bcl-2 did not appreciably change over this time period. This evidence concerns the gene PTEN and lymphoma.
