Therefore, in an effort to increase our understanding of the interaction between potential carcinogenic environmental exposure and genetic factors in the pathogenesis and predisposition to BC disease risk, we determined the frequencies and the relative risks (ORs) of CYP17, GSTP1, PON1 and GLO1 gene polymorphisms in a control population and in a population of patients with breast tumor.
