Mean levels of IL-4, IL-8, and ICAM-1 were significantly higher (P = .007, .015, <.001, <.001, and .048) in C. pneumoniae IgA positive CAD pts as compared to C. pneumoniae IgA negative CAD pts, whereas the levels of IL-10 and IFN-λ were significantly lower (P < .001, <.001). This evidence concerns the gene ICAM1 and coronary artery disorder.
