Expression of FE65 and all Teashirt family members were significantly reduced in the subjects with definite or probable AD, as compared to control subjects (FE65: F1, 88 = 13.490, p<0.0005; Teashirt1: F1, 88 = 9.135, p = 0.003; Teashirt2: F1, 89 = 13.541, p<0.0005; Teashirt3: F1, 88 = 23.399, p<0.0005) (Fig. 7A). This evidence concerns the gene APBB1 and Alzheimer disease.
