PRL and Huntington disease: HD patients who were taking neuroleptics (n = 121) had significantly higher prolactin levels, compared to the age-sexe matched controls (n = 66; 21.98 [2.81–186.2] μg/L vs. 8.27 [2.75–25.11] μg/L, p<0.001) and to the HD patients who were not taking neuroleptics (n = 96; 9.24 [2.51–33.95] μg/L, p<0.001).
