TP53 and osteosarcoma: Necrosis, condroblastic, and bony-differentiatedareas within the often small diagnostic biopsies from osteosarcomas, as relatedto the focality of neovascularisation (see Figure 2(a)), made suchstereological approach for estimating architectural structures like vessels futile,in contrast to the suitability of this methodology in quantifying cellularevents like p53-expression and proliferation.
