Also, besides our previous published data [24,25] showing that GAPDH is not regulated in human glioblastoma under hypoxic conditions, our findings increases the potential tumor types where GAPDH represent a suitable loading control under hypoxic conditions and further, confirm the hypothesis that GAPDH expression regulation under hypoxia is a cell-specific posttranscriptional event.
