Following CB4 challenge, TLR3KO mice produced similar levels of CCL2 (Figure 6A) and CXCL9 (Figure 6E) while levels of CCL3 (Figure 6B) and CCL4 (Figure 6C) were slightly reduced but were not significantly different from either WT NOD controls or MyD88KO mice suggesting that these chemokines are not critical for survival following infection (Figure 6).
