CCL5 and prostate cancer: We stratified the data, grouping subjects according to their carrier status for IL1-A allele T, TNF-A allele A, RANTES allele A and MCP-1 allele G. In logistic regression analyses, no significant association with prostate cancer risk was found for IL1 or MCP-1 allele carrier status, but subjects with AG or AA genotypes for TNF-A or RANTES had increased prostate cancer risk versus those with GG genotype (Table 2).
