Here, we have analyzed the expression of FBP1 (as the family progenitor and a moderate transcriptional activator) and FBP3 (as the strongest transcriptional activator of this family, [20]) as well as c-myc in renal cell carcinomas (RCC), prostate (PCA) and urothelial cancers of the urinary bladder. This evidence concerns the gene FBP1 and renal cell carcinoma.
