Results in this area are starting to emerge and integrate, such as differential expression of LTP 1 (Pru p 3.01) and LTP2 (Pru p 3.02) [29], the expression studies of Pru p 3.01 (Pp-LTP1 in two peach genotypes [23], where major differences were detected in expression at mRNA and protein accumulation levels between them, and the research on IgE binding capacity [30], where specific IgE-binding protein regions of Pru p 3 were found for two types of allergy (OAS and systemic) by the mimotope mapping technique.
