These genes included the aarF domain containing kinase 4 (ADCK4), for which very little information could be found; the ribosomal protein S10, which has previously been shown to be deregulated in colorectal cancer samples, along with larger transcripts being produced in addition [10]; the cell death regulatory protein GRIM19, which appears to be an important cell death regulatory protein and is involved in mitochondrial metabolism. This evidence concerns the gene COQ8B and colorectal cancer.
