According to univariate logistic regression model, an advanced T stage, the presence of lymphatic invasion, and low densities of CD3+, CD8+, or CD45RO+ TILs were significantly associated with presence of regional lymph node metastasis regardless of the grouping method (mean value cutoff or 75th percentile cutoff). Here, CD8A is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
