PAR-2 histoscores and mRNA levels in 12 of 30 metastatic lymph node lesions of uterine cervical cancers were significantly (P < 0.05 and P < 0.05, respectively) higher than in the corresponding primary tumors, while the scores and mRNA levels in the other 18 lesions were not significantly altered (Fig 2).
