KLK10 and pancreatic neoplasm: Recently, we (Grutzmann et al, 2003) and others (Iacobuzio-Donahue et al, 2003; Yousef et al, 2004) showed that human kallikrein 10 and human kallikrein 6 are among the most highly and specifically overexpressed genes in pancreatic cancer compared with normal and benign pancreas tissues.
