Using GIT and growth analysis under cultural conditions we have shown that FUS1, SEMA3B, G21/NPRL2, RASSF1A, RASSF1C, RBSP3 (genes from AP20 and LUCA regions) and other TSGs inhibit tumour cell growth both in vitro and in vivo[7], [9], [11]–[15]. The gene discussed is CTDSPL; the disease is neoplasm.
