This may be an indication of a participation of variable gene expression in inflammatory processes via MAPK variants (especially via JNK/MAPK8 [67]) and proliferation of activated cells (for example, synovial fibroblasts and T cells) in RA [68,69] and MAPK-mediated anti-apoptosis (Figure 4).
