OPCML-v1 methylation was detected in 98% (42/43) of NPC, 66% (21/32) of esophageal, 91% (10/11) of breast, 64% (7/11) of gastric, 94% (17/18) of colorectal, 57% (4/7) of hepatocellular and 88% (7/8) of cervical carcinomas, as well as in 100% (10/10) of Burkitt lymphoma and 89% (8/9) of nasal lymphoma. This evidence concerns the gene OPCML and cervical carcinoma.
