RPA3 and cancer: In total, 12 out of the 36 genes (33.3%) expressed in increased levels by DA FLSs and downregulated in DA.F344(Cia5d) are known to regulate cancer-associated processes, including cell cycle progression (Rpa2 and Rpa3), cell invasion (Cxcl10, Vil2, Nras, and Dnmbp), and metastasis (Vil2 and Brms1l), respectively (Table 2).
