As shown in Fig 2B, CENP-H was found to be greatly overexpressed in 8 of 12 cases of primary esophageal carcinoma, whereas only faint CENP-H expression was found in the normal esophageal tissues, with at least twofold overexpression of CENP-H in cancer tissues compared with normal tissues in these 8 cases (the density ratio was from 2.3270 to 51.735) (Fig 2C). Here, CENPH is linked to cancer.
