Inactivation of CDKN2A by genetic and epigenetic changes has been described in melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma, breast cancer and Hodgkin disease (Soufir et al, 1999; Brown et al, 2004; Debniak et al, 2007; Sinha et al, 2008). This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and Hodgkins lymphoma.
