The analysis of the components of the gene regulatory network that controls adipocyte differentiation in liposarcomas developed in FUS-DDIT3 transgenic mice showed a dramatic decreased in the expression levels of the transcription factors involved in the final stages of adipogenesis, such as PPARγ1, PPARγ2 and C/EBPα (Figure 1A), while the expression levels of C/EBPδ and C/EBPβ, involved in early stages of adipocyte differentiation, were upregulated (Figure 1A).
