Wang et al. [32] found a significant association between the rs2359612/2255 C>T VKORC1 polymorphism (a polymorphism found to be in strong linkage disequilibrium with rs9934438/1173 C>T) and the risk of coronary heart disease (Odds Ratio for C carriers 1.72). Here, VKORC1 is linked to coronary artery disorder.
