Further, for NSCLC, the positive detection rate of LunX mRNA was 75.0% (33 of 44) in peripheral blood, which was similar to the positive detection rate of CK19 mRNA (84.1%, 37 of 44) (P = 0.290), but much higher than the positive detection rate of CEA mRNA (25.0%, 11 of 44) (P < 0.001) (Table 4).
